ERROR Disclaimer:  We do our best to make sure the correct photo and price are shown. We have many brands and products and sometimes we may make an error. In the event of any such error, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, to ship the correct item, or to correct the mistake.  In the event we have made an error you will be notified before your order is shipped.

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept most major credit cards.

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment’s location, the item ordered, the current demand for the product, and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time on normal factory stock merchandise. Some of the speciality, hand carved, hand painted, etc., items we sell will require more shipping time. We will do our best to ship your item within 2 to 5 business days after payment. It is possible that due to unforeseen sales volume an item may go on backorder. If this happens you will be immediately notified of an approximate ship date, and be offered the option to ship when available, accept an alternate item, or cancel order and receive a refund.  PLEASE NOTE:  We only ship most items to Continental US and some products to Canada.   NOTE: Items with free shipping will be shipped Standard Ground.  Contact us if other shipping method is required. 

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. We drop ship almost all of our products directly from our distributors and manufacturers. Unless otherwise specified freight will be added to the cost of the order.  NOTE: Items with free shipping will be shipped Standard Ground.  Contact us if other shipping method is required.  PLEASE NOTE:  We only ship to Continental US and some products to Canada.We do not ship any international orders (including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs). This includes orders that have any connection to international shipments. This goes for both billing and shipping addresses. There are no exceptions.

Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Order Cancellation.  If an order contains questionable or unverifiable information we reserve the right at our discretion to cancel the order and issue a refund.  If the order is questionable we make every effort to verify all the information before we cancel the order.  If we cancel the order you will be notified.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. All our products are new, unless stated otherwise, and carry a manufactures warranty.  Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number from us. No returned packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request through our contact form (with “RETURN” in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No returned packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.  There will be a 20% restocking charge for all returns and/or exchanges.  You are responsible for the return shipping.  The order shipping charge will not be refunded.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

· Original packaging.

· Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Please contact us for more details on where to ship your returned products prior to sending your returns. Most items will be shipped directly back to our manufactures or distributors, therefore shipping addresses will vary.
